Our 6-session yoga package offers a progressive journey with each class building on the last through poses, breathwork (pranayama), and guided relaxation. Carol focuses on core/balance, flexibility, and linking movement with breath for overall wellness, often including gentle warm-ups and cool-downs.
NOTE: Please bring your own mat & water bottle.

Firearms Safety Course Past
This course is required for the Canadian Firearms Safety Course exam
Canadian Firearms Safety Course ( CFSC ) is the program individuals must complete in order to apply for firearms licences. The firearms licences in Canada is referred to as PAL or Possession Acquisition Licences. The Canadian Firearms Safety Course ( CFSC ) is often abbreviated CFSC. In order to apply for a restricted firearms licences, individuals must compleat 6 additional hours in the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course or CRFSC.

Indian Cooking Class
Learn to make and take home delicious traditional Indian recipes!
You may know our instructor Sushma from her Saturday spot at the Sechelt Farmer’s Market during the summer! Each month Sushma will show us how to make a different recipe, participants will prepare, cook, sample and take home a sampling for later! Chai Tea served in class.
