MPES kids in grades 1-6 get to go fishing! We fish at the Madeira Park Government Dock on Thursdays, weather permitting. Safety protocols are in place, pre-registration is required, limited #’s in place. Bring your own lifejackets and fishing rods or we have plenty for lending.  Parents: Fishing Club kids need a note in their planner every Thursday if they are coming to Fishing Club. We also need parent volunteers.

Thanks to Tom for getting our Fishing Club going many years ago! It’s been running since 2015, and happens once a week during the Fall and Spring when the weather is good. Open to Grade 1-6.  FREE!  Bring your lifejackets and fishing rods if you have them, if not we have some for borrowing.

We are currently searching for a leader for this Club for boys in Grades 4-6.

A safe place for boys to be boys.  Boys will play games and outdoor activities, ropes and knots, bike safety, maintenance and tricks, darts, cards, wood-crafts, fun and practical science skills and more!
